1 - How can I buy a Manulena product?

Manulena products are available in the Manulena Online Shop at https://manulena.com/ and also in some decoration stores throughout Portugal.

2 - I would prefer to go and see the products in person instead of buying in the Online Shop, how can I do that?

Our products are available in some decoration stores throughout Portugal. Please confirm your location and we will send you a list of stores where our products are available.

3 - What is the average delivery time (for Continental Portugal and the islands)?

Deliveries are made within 2-7 working days. Normal order delivery times may be subject to change during abnormal periods, such as sales and public holidays, holiday periods or periods of exceptional workload, during which delivery times may be slightly longer. In November and December, the normal delivery period is 3-10 working days following confirmation of payment.

4 - What is the material of the Aromatic Pieces (Our Lady of Fátima / Saint Anthony / Angels)?

The aromatic pieces are all in wax. We use a special formulation that gives the piece consistency. Fragrance is also incorporated into the piece, so that the item is aromatic.

5 - On average, how long does the aroma of the aromatic pieces last?

The aroma in the aromatic pieces lasts over time. Two years following acquisition, one can still smell the fragrance.

6 - What is the material of the Diffusers?

Manulena has glass, ceramic and wax diffusers in the Roses, Geometrics and Into the Woods collections.

7 - On average, how long does the diffuser liquid last (100ml refill)?

Depending on the conditions where the diffuser is located, the aroma’s evaporation time is up to 15 days.

8 - How can I know when my order will arrive?

Following confirmation of payment, all orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days following payment and completion of the order. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking instructions and instructions on how to collect your order. The shipment confirmation will include, in all orders, the indication of the carrier and the shipping number information. With that information, you will be able to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.

9 - How do returns work?

Please send an e-mail to info@manulena.com with the order details and the reason for the return. You should mention the order and invoice number and the reference(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. After receiving your order, you have 14 (fourteen) working days to return it, as long as the packaging and/or product is not damaged.

Upon receipt of this e-mail, Manulena will send the return instructions (procedures to be followed) by e-mail, together with information about the means of transport (carrier company) to be used.

10 - Is it possible to return products? If so, how do refunds work?

Yes, it is possible to return the product as long as you do not open the packaging. Please send an e-mail to info@manulena.com stating the reason for your return. Preserve the original packaging and all the invoice elements. Manulena will analyse the situation and, upon receipt of the item in proper condition, you will be refunded.

If, upon delivery, the packaging appears to be tampered with, please sign the delivery document with reservations or else refuse delivery. If you accept delivery of your order with reservations, or if you refuse it, you must immediately make a complaint to the carrier and contact Manulena via the e-mail info@manulena.com, informing us of this situation.

11 - The product I ordered is not the one I received. How should I proceed?

We apologise for the situation. Please send an e-mail to info@manulena.com with the order details and photographs of the item you received. Preserve the original packaging and all the invoice elements. Manulena will analyse the e-mail and will contact you as soon as possible so that you can return the incorrect item and receive the correct one.

12 - The product arrived with a defect. What should I do?

We are sorry for the condition in which the order arrived to you!

Please send an e-mail to info@manulena.com with the order details and photographs of the defective item.

We also ask that you preserve the original packaging and all the invoice elements. Manulena will analyse the e-mail and will contact you as soon as possible to send you a new item.

13 - I intend to resell Manulena products. What should I do?

If you wish to resell our products, you can send your information (type of store, location and contacts) to the e-mail info@manulena.com and we will contact you at a later date.
